Q: What size of sites do you have?
A: The large back in sites are approximately 30′ x 55′ or larger.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, interac (debit), Visa, Mastercard, and e-transfer
Q: I would like the monthly rate but can only pay half now. Is that allowed?
A: No you have to decide between weekly or monthly and pay in full at check-in.
Q: If I decide to stay longer can I apply my weekly payment to a monthly rate?
A: No. You have to decide and pay up front. No refunds are given for early departure.
Q: Why do I have to pay a deposit?
A: We charge a $400 deposit on all monthly stays. This is to protect us against any incidents or damage as well as any unpaid fees. The remainder will be promptly refunded.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Small indoor pets only.
Q: Can I check-in after hours?
A: No problem, just call ahead and we’ll arrange to meet you and help get you settled.
Q: If I have pre-booked and paid for a site, can i cancel and be refunded?
A: Yes. Provided that it is before one week of check-in. No refunds within one week of arrival.
Q: What is an average monthly power bill?
A: We charge 20 cents/Kwh. An average monthly bill is generally in the $40-$70 range. This can rise significantly if you’re using excessive A/C or electric heaters.
